About
My path into IT brings together technical support experience, networking and security education, software testing exposure, hands-on projects and operational leadership. The details below show how those parts connect.

The thread
Learn
Build a stronger foundation.
Work
Take responsibility in real environments.
Build
Turn ideas and learning into something tangible.
Background
My technical foundation began with a Bachelor in Computer Engineering in Nepal, where I developed knowledge across computer systems, programming, databases and web technologies. I later completed a Master of Information Technology in Australia with a major in Network and Information Security.
My professional experience includes previous Level 1 ISP support, software testing exposure through an Australian industry placement, and progressive operational leadership at Woolworths. Together these experiences strengthened my troubleshooting, communication, prioritisation, coordination and practical problem-solving skills.
My current direction is broader than a single IT support title. I am building a practical early-career IT path across systems, technical support, networking, applications and technical operations, while continuing longer-term development in networking and information security.
